In this case, our company names your CO/MRLO (from our staff), the Deputy MLRO advisably should be the compliance officer's bridge/intermediary for the delivery and collection of all documentation or proceedings.

Partially Outsourced AML / MLRO Services

In this case, your company must appoint an Internal Co/MLRO & a Deputy MLRO who must perform all the functions identified under the UAE AML/CFT Federal Law, and we will provide you with the mandatory requirements by Law which comprise: AML Sampling, AML Audit and Reporting Supporting Services.
